Terraria mods7
7,241 modded items across 7 content mods, with a full crafting tree for 2,254 of them. Every number comes from loading the mod and reading the game's own tables rather than from anyone's write-up.
Crafting trees
Modded crafting chains run deep enough that the recipe itself tells you almost nothing. Soul of Eternity asks for four ingredients, and those four expand into 803 separate crafts and 18,421 gathered items before you're done. The trees here are computed from the recipe table the game loads, so they roll all of that up into one list of raw materials.
They also change with what you have installed. Adding the Calamity DLC to the same setup pulls in 107 materials that weren't in the tree before and moves the quantity on 99 more, which is why a single fixed guide is wrong for most people. Pick the mod set that matches your game on any tree page.
How these numbers are produced
Nothing here is transcribed from a wiki. Each mod is loaded into a headless tModLoader server and asked directly for its content: every item out of ContentSamples, every recipe out of the loaded recipe table, every NPC and its drop rules. That means the stats match your game exactly, and a mod that changes vanilla items shows those changes too.
One consequence worth knowing: tModLoader still runs on Terraria 1.4.4.9 while the rest of this site covers 1.4.5, so 647 vanilla items exist on the main site that don't exist in a modded world yet. The two data sets are kept separate rather than merged.
