Snowman Gangsta

This one is event only. The Frost Legion has to be started deliberately with a Snow Globe, which comes out of presents opened around Christmas, and the gangsta arrives in the waves alongside the rest of the snowmen. Nothing spawns one outside that event.

Its gun fires flat, left or right, and slowly at that. Get above it or below it and it has no answer, it just hops in place while you take it apart. Any legion arena with a raised platform turns the shooters from the dangerous half of the event into free kills. Even on level ground the gaps between bursts are long enough to step out of the line.

A pit with water in it kills the hop and holds one in place, after which anything ranged or magical finishes it at no risk. Worth building once if you plan to run the event repeatedly. As trivia goes, it is the only snowman in the legion without a red scarf, and its weapon is a Thompson, the gun every Prohibition era crime film puts in somebody's hands.
