Azure Crate

Every crate hands over one item that normally lives in a floating island chest, and that guarantee is the reason to fish this high. A Starfury without hunting islands is the headline. The rest of that group, a Lucky Horseshoe, a Shiny Red Balloon or a Celestial Magnet, are all early quality of life pieces, so there is no bad roll here, only a less exciting one.

You need water at space height, which means finding a floating lake or hauling buckets up and building your own. It is a chore exactly once. A small pool with a platform to stand on is enough and nothing else about the spot matters. These are Hardmode only, so before the Wall of Flesh the same pool produces Sky Crates.

The Sky Mill is the practical prize after the guaranteed slot, since owning one means crafting skyware furniture and sunplate at home instead of tearing up an island for the station you found on it. Fledgling Wings used to be common in these and are now rare, so treat them as a surprise rather than a plan. They do at least roll on their own, so a lucky crate can produce both them and the guaranteed item.

Ore and bars each resolve to one pick, and an early metal and a Hardmode metal will not both come out of the same category. Read those four rows as two draws.

Cloud blocks by the stack, coins, potions, bait and a handful of sky paintings. None of that is a reason to fish, but the bait coming back out keeps the farm self sustaining. Shimmer will also convert a stack down to the pre-Hardmode version if you want that table instead.
