Berserker's Glove
Increases melee knockback 12% increased melee speed Enables auto swing for melee weapons Increases the size of melee weapons Enemies are more likely to target you
How to craft it
why summoners want a melee glove
Autoswing and the swing speed boost both carry over to whips, which is why this ends up on summoner builds more often than melee ones. The other branch of the same crafting tree pushes raw melee damage instead, and none of that reaches a whip at all. The glove that looks worse on a stat sheet is the one that actually improves how fast you can keep tags on a target.
the aggro catch
It also drags enemy attention onto you, hard. Playing alone that costs nothing and the extra defense covers the difference. In a group it means you eat everything while your teammates shoot in peace, so it belongs on whoever is built to take hits, not on the mage standing at the back of the arena.
stacking gloves
Wearing more than one glove accessory adds the flat stats together, but the weapon size and knockback increases do not double up. If you were hoping two of them would give you an absurd swing arc, they will not.
