Cyborg Helmet

The Cyborg sells his own outfit, but only while Halloween is running, so the line vanishes from his shop for most of the year. That leaves a narrow window each October, and missing it means waiting or forcing the season on. He does not move in until late in a run either, so in practice this is a purchase you make well after Plantera.

It copies the NPC look, helmet, shirt and legs, and it is cosmetic only, so the social slots are where it belongs. The helmet does most of the work, since the visor is what makes the outfit read as machinery rather than plain clothing. The other two pieces are worth buying if you want the full silhouette and not much otherwise.
