Lobster Tail

This is the middle rung of the food buffs, above what a plain cooked meal gives and below the full dinners. For most of a playthrough it is the tier you can actually keep running, since the top foods want ingredients you would rather hold on to.

The buff can be cleared deliberately, which matters more than it sounds. If you find something better you do not have to sit and wait for the timer, and dropping it keeps your buff bar short enough to read at a glance during a fight. The only cost of canceling is the item you already ate.
