How to craft it
why it replaces the old bag
This is the yoyo bag with the release-throw behavior folded in and nothing traded away for it. If you already run a bag, swapping costs you nothing and adds a second layer of damage every time you let go of the button. There is no build where keeping the older accessory is correct once you can make this.
how it changes your inputs
The old rhythm was to hold the button down and steer. Now releasing is itself an attack, so tapping and rethrowing becomes worth doing in a way it was not before.
You are not forced into that, though. Hold through a whole fight and the yoyos still fire off on their own when their spin runs out, which is the reason this suits anyone who dislikes click spam. Both playstyles get the throws, one just gets them faster.
what stacks up
The copies and counterweights the bag spawns all get flung along with the original, so a fight where you have built up the full set ends in a much larger burst than a bare yoyo could manage. That rewards staying locked on one target long enough to accumulate them rather than swapping between enemies.
