Nurse Hat

This is a costume, not equipment. All three pieces appear in the Arms Dealer stock while the Halloween season is running, and they disappear from his list the moment it ends, so buy the whole outfit in one visit instead of planning to come back. Nothing drops it and nothing crafts it the rest of the year. The pieces go in your social slots and leave your real armor working underneath.

The Nurse Pants do more than the name promises. The skirt and the shoes are drawn into that piece, so equipping it on its own rewrites most of the lower half of the character rather than just the trousers. The Nurse Hat and Nurse Shirt behave normally and mix fine with other vanity.

Most town characters who have a Halloween outfit sell it over their own counter. The Nurse cannot, because she has no shop interface to put it in, so the stock landed with somebody else. The choice of the Arms Dealer looks deliberate rather than random: one of his idle lines has him hurrying off to a date with her.
