Party Hat

During a party the townsfolk put on hats of their own, so wearing one is how you join in instead of standing there looking like the one person who did not get the memo. A few residents sit it out entirely: the Skeleton Merchant, the Old Man, the Tax Collector and the Zoologist never put one on, which makes them easy to pick out of a crowded town. Bunnies that wander in during the celebration get hats too, and confetti keeps going off in the background.

Outside of a party it is a cone on your head and nothing more. It costs a social slot, not armor, so there is no reason to take it off between parties if you like the look.
