How to craft it
the wall it hits
This is the first pickaxe most tin worlds make, and its job is to get you to the next one. Ordinary stone and the early ores give way fine, but it bounces straight off Meteorite, and that is the ceiling that decides how long you carry it.
So the loop is short. Dig out enough tin and whatever else the caves hand over, step up to silver or gold, then go break a meteorite. Trying to stretch this pickaxe further only slows the run down.
Against the copper equivalent it is a small step up across the board, so a tin world starts marginally ahead. Neither is worth crafting if you have already turned up a better ore.
