Void Dye

Void Dye makes gear pulse the same way the sky does in the moments before the Moon Lord arrives. It reads best on large flat surfaces, wings and capes especially, where the whole shape breathes at once. On a small accessory the effect is easy to miss entirely.

Dyeing one piece is cheap. Dyeing everything is one of the largest cosmetic bills in the game, and adding loadouts multiplies it again, which means several more Moon Lord kills spent purely on how you look. Dye the layers that show and leave the rest, or hold off until you are already farming the Moon Lord for gear and bank the spare Luminite as you go.
