Palm trees along the ocean coast drop these when shaken, in any of the four biome variants. That is the whole source, so it is a beach souvenir rather than something you farm. The buff is the ordinary food one, competing for the same slot as anything else you eat, so it is only worth carrying when the pantry is empty.

• The tooltip lifts a line from Doctor Who, where the Ninth Doctor warns Jack Harkness about dropping a banana on account of the potassium.
• It cannot go into a Banana Split despite sharing the name. Shimmer will turn it into Ambrosia, though.
