The Zoologist lists the lizard pieces on a new moon or a waxing crescent, so two nights out of the eight night cycle. Her shop rolls over with the phase, and no enemy, chest or crate hands these out, which leaves waiting as the only route. If you are collecting several of her costume sets, plan the trips around the sky rather than checking her inventory every morning.

Lizard Ears and the Lizard Tail are accessories, so worn in the real slots they burn space that should be holding movement gear. The social accessory row exists for exactly this. A reforge does nothing to them either. The tail trails behind you instead of covering the body, so it layers over almost any outfit without hiding the parts you picked.
