Silly Pink Balloon Wall

The wall is crafted from silly balloons, and those only appear on the party girl's list while a party is actually running in town. Waiting for one to fire on its own is slow, so if you need a lot of wall it is worth setting a party off deliberately with a party center and buying in bulk during the window.

A lone tile keeps the round balloon outline, and that shape is the only reason to use this wall. Put two of them side by side, or set one against any other background wall, and it merges with its neighbor and squares off into straight edges. So the effect only survives with gaps around it: single isolated tiles, or a loose scatter with empty space between. Paper a full room in it and you get a flat pink surface with none of the balloon shape left, which is not what anyone buys it for.
