Snowfall Block

It is purely visual, an animated sheet of falling snow, and it wants to be used in bulk. A single block reads as noise. A whole wall of it behind a snow biome build, or framed inside a window, is where the effect lands.

The crafting station catches people out. It needs a Crystal Ball, which means the Wizard, which means hardmode. A decoration this simple being locked behind that is worth knowing before you plan an early snow build around it.
