Radar

Informational accessories work from anywhere. Sitting loose in your inventory, buried in a void bag, or parked in a social slot, the readout still shows. The only thing you give up by not equipping it properly is the modifier, and a point or two of defense rarely justifies a real slot.

The number is a spawn meter. If you are testing a farm, watching it climb tells you the spawn box is working before anything reaches the kill chamber. It also warns you about what you cannot see: something burrowing under your feet, an invasion drifting into range, or a stray spawn behind a wall while you are building. In multiplayer, teammates standing close enough read off your copy.

Radar is the only item name in the game that reads the same in both directions.
