Sunplate Block

The game counts this block as far less solid than it looks. Meteors need a reasonably empty patch of world to land in, and a small cluster of Sunplate (or Cloud) drops the solid tile count enough to blank out a wide area around it. If you are tired of meteorites crashing into your base, a few of these are cheaper than rearranging the terrain. If you want a meteorite, keep them well away from where you are hoping one lands.

Laid down in a square of four or more it tiles into a night sky pattern, so it only looks right across large flat panels. Single tiles and thin strips read as noise. Kitting out a full Skyware room takes a lot of it, and since the craft eats Fallen Stars you will be collecting for several nights unless you strip a Floating Island instead.
