Each one holds a single headline item plus whatever ordinary supplies match the depth you found it at. Four of the possible headline items sit at nearly the same odds, and two of them are strong enough that a shrine run early in a world is one of the better uses of your time. Feral Claws and the Anklet of the Wind both stay in your loadout for a long stretch. The Staff of Regrowth matters if you intend to farm herbs at all seriously, and the Boomstick is a genuine weapon at that stage rather than a consolation prize.

Flower Boots and the fishing pole sit far below the main four, so treat them as a bonus rather than something to chase. Later additions to the pool spread the odds thinner without adding anything you would farm on purpose.

Jungle shrines and the hollow interiors of living mahogany trees, both down in the Underground Jungle. The trees are the easier find since they break the surface and you can climb down from above. Shrines take digging. Either way you are opening chests in the biome most likely to kill an underprepared character, so bring movement gear before you bring storage.
